Falcon Autotech is amongst is the top 20 Global Warehouse Automation Companies in the World and the foundation behind it is the consistent contribution of our diligent & talented employees. In a bid to express our gratitude for their exceptional performance in the year 2021, Falcon organized APPLAUSE- A grand scale Rewards & Recognition Programme. It was hosted at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Greater Noida in December. More than 80 well-deserved employees were honored within over 30+ award categories ranging from individual performer awards to best team awards to the highest honour-Falcon Award for Extraordinary Contribution to the Business. We ensured that new employees who have shown tremendous potential within the first year of their job are also honoured as well as those who have spent over 8 years at the company are applauded. All the winners were facilitated with trophies, certificates, and gifts with a huge round of Applause. The best team award winners were allotted a handsome budget to plan a memorable team outing cum celebration.
The ceremony was inaugurated with the CEO, Mr. Naman Jain, addressing the employees. He shared the company’s excellent business performance of the year 2021, expressed his gratitude for everyone’s sincere contribution in the same and laid out the roadmap for the next year. The event commenced with power-packed with cultural performances by versatile employees in the field of dance, music, and drama. The awards ceremony was enmeshed with various audience interaction activities, quizzes & games. The entire-day event was joined by 400+ employees who heartily participated & cheered their winning colleagues.
We feel immense pride in the achievements of our employees as they are the backbone of Falcon’s unprecedented growth & expansion in the past 11 years. With the spirit of working harder, we also welcomed the New Year 2022 with absolute enthusiasm.
