Falcon Autotech recognizes & salutes the contribution of its female employees in its success journey by celebrating Women’s day with pride & honour. We observed International women’s Day on 8th March with a day-long celebration with all the talented female employees. The day started with a host of engaging activities & games organized at the Noida office to break the ice and energize all the participants. The celebrations progressed with an adventurous visit to the Mystery Rooms, Noida, an entertainment zone where teamwork is challenged as groups attempt to escape rooms full of mystery & clues. All the female employees were then facilitated with thoughtful presents that they can utilize & cherish. Lastly, since no celebration is complete without socializing and discussions, the team headed over for a 7-course buffet at Jungle Jamboree Restaurant situated in Noida. These annual women’s day celebrations highlight our aim to bridge gender disparity & applaud the efforts of the women workforce in the country’s and company’s overall growth.
