RTVC (Real Time Video Coding)

Falcon Autotech offers (optional) a unique and highly advanced plugin (RTVC) that facilitates manual image based identification of the item without kicking out the product into the reject/Jackpot Chute in case of a Barcode NO-READ. This technology captures the image of a NO-READ item and relays the image to a control tower in real time. The image is added to a queue of images which is then presented to a team of operators working in the control room who manually identify the item by referring to the image and then enter the barcode number via keyboard. This barcode information is then relayed back to the sorter control system which then Sorts the product in the next loop cycle. This feature is a really powerful tool and can greatly reduce the manual processing efforts required for the NO-READ items without discharging the items from the Sorter even once.
